Who is Ashley Julian?

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Ashley has always had a love for the Low-country. After moving across the country and back with her husband, she’s now happily settled in Lexington, SC, blending southern charm with years of legal and real estate experience to support a thriving team.

After earning her Paralegal degree in 2012, Ashley built a strong background in bankruptcy, family, civil litigation, and real estate law. In 2022, she joined Iesha King and her Florida-based real estate team as a transaction coordinator and personal assistant to keep every contract organized, every closing on track, and every detail handled with care.

She’s especially excited to be part of Yantz Realty, a small, family-based real estate office that puts clients first, valuing relationships over transactions and offering guidance over pressure. Being part of a team that leads with heart aligns perfectly with her own approach to work and life.

When the workday wraps up, Ashley trades deadlines for the sidelines, keeping up with both kids’ sports schedules and cheering them on every step of the way. Married since 2014 and raising two active, amazing kids, she thrives on balancing family life with her passion for supporting clients and the Yantz Realty team.
